We do ask that the recipient take a look around their front yard, porch, lobby, etc--ask the neighbors, as many times packages are located this way.
If the item is still not found, please send us an email at [email protected] within 7 days after the indicated delivery date on the tracking page. We will work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
