Hey there fearless shopper, we're here to help! Here are some things to keep in mind as we get into the nitty-gritty on delivery dates:
Inventory is often limited and the gift you're eyeing may not be around for long, so pick it up now. If you don't want your gift to arrive ASAP and would prefer it arrived later select a later delivery date at checkout. CLICK HERE for instructions on how to make that happen.
We typically ship any order placed on our site within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. While you're checking out we'll show you the available shipping choices along with a cost and guaranteed delivery date for each option. Be sure to check out the date shown and select the method that arrives on the date you'd like.
We guarantee our delivery date, but late deliveries still happen occasionally. If your order happens to arrive later than we promised, give us a call at 866-902-7260 and we'll stand behind that guarantee by doing whatever we can to make things right, even if that means issuing a refund for your shipping cost.
*Weather and capacity related issues often create delays for our carriers, particularly during the peak of the season. This is another great reason to order early, and have those gifts delivered ASAP. If some unforeseen circumstance impacts your gift, please reach out to us, we'll do our best to make things right.
*Personalized items require an additional day (or two) to process. We hand etch every awesome personalized item from our site, so they do take some extra time. Unfortunately there's no way for us to rush those orders, so order your personalized items ASAP! We recommend ordering personalized items with a minimum of 4 business days to spare in order to have them arrive before the big day.
*Be sure to use the correct shipping address, complete with suite or apartment number if applicable, an incorrect or incomplete address will almost always delay delivery.
*APO/FPO (armed forces address) orders can take up to 15 days for delivery
