Gift Card Redemption via Retailer's code is no longer available and is replaced with Store Credit for the same amount that is indicated on the gift card.
Please reach out to us via guys@mancrates.com and send us the following:
- Picture of the Gift Card code
- Email Address - This will be the email address that will be used on the order where the store credit will be applied
- Order number of the gift card
- The name of the person who gifted you the gift card
- Delivery address (where the gift card was delivered)
We will do our best to assist you with this concern.
Please note that according to Federal Law ( CARD Act ), Gift Cards Expire 5 years after the delivery or issuance of the card.
