All sales are final once the gift leaves the Thoughtfully warehouse. If your order tracking indicates your gift has been returned, or if you have a concern with the quality of your order, please reach out to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days upon delivery of the item. We’re happy to review any concerns you have and help with a solution.
