I can't checkout and I'm getting an error that says there's a typo in my address or credit card info.

If you're receiving an error that says there's a typo in your address or credit card info it's because our system has double checked the info you've entered and has decided there might be a problem with the information you've provided or how you've entered it.

If you're having trouble with an address or your credit card, be sure that any apartment numbers, suite numbers or address addendums are written in the "address line 2" field. Also, be sure to double check your zip code and CCV code.  If you're billing or shipping address is Canadian, please be sure you're leaving the traditional space in your postal code (IE "2W2 W2W")

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay and Apple Pay as forms of payment, we don't accept cards from any other payment processors at this time.

We do accept PayPal; just be sure you're logged into your PayPal account while checking out on our site if you want to pay with PayPal.

If you've double checked your address lines, credit card number, CCV code and zip code and are still receiving an error, we recommend you give your bank a call and have them help you out.
