The answer is no, most of the time.
Our carriers have been asked not to require a signature for delivery by us. Since they're delivering gifts for us we want to make sure they can leave the gift to surprise the lucky recipient when they get home!
Typically our carriers will leave your order on the porch, or with the front desk of an office, or leasing room or manager's apartment in an apartment building if the recipient isn't around to receive their delivery.
It's not frequent, but, in circumstances where our delivery driver feels that the gift won't be safe if they leave it, they will leave a "call-tag" with information on re-delivery attempts. In that case, our carriers will attempt delivery a few more times to give the recipient plenty of time to get their hands on their gift.
