If you happen to have your order number handy when you call/email that would be great, if you don't have your order number please provide the complete billing name in your first email to us. If you're leaving a voicemail please be sure to include the order ID so we can get that order stopped. After we've heard from you we'll do our best to stop that order in its tracks. When we've successfully cancelled your order you'll receive an email letting you know that the order has been cancelled.
