Call us at (866) 902-7260 or send an email over to email@example.com and we'll try to stop that order as quickly as possible. Our orders ship pretty fast (usually within 24 business hours), but there are other options if your order has already shipped.
If you happen to have your order number handy when you call/email that would be great, if you don't have your order number, please provide the complete billing name in your first email to us. If you're leaving a voicemail, please be sure to include the order ID so we can get that order stopped.
After we've heard from you, we'll do our best to stop that order in its tracks. When we've successfully cancelled your order, you'll receive an email letting you know that the order has been cancelled.
