The retailer I’d like to use my Smash and Grab card with is listed on your website, but isn’t available when I try to redeem it. What’s the deal?

Well, shucks. That’s embarrassing.

Odds are we’re just temporarily out of stock with that particular retailer. Sometimes it does take us a bit of time to get those codes uploaded, typically we get our retailers reloaded within 3 to 5 business days of going out of stock. If you're redeeming closer to a busy holiday (Christmas, Father's Day, or Valentine's Day) the restock time could be a bit longer.
